Guidelines for filling the Online Application Form -
1. Applicant shall have to register before Log in to the site.
2. All the fields in the Registration Form are mandatory. No modification or change of data will be possible after submitting the online Registration Form.
3. Applicant shall have to enter valid email id and mobile number during the registration process.
4. Communication will be done only through the email id and mobile number submitted during the registration process.
5. Applicant shall have to enter the verification code (Captcha) visible in the image. Verification Code (Captcha) is case-sensitive.
6. The User Id and Password are case-sensitive.
Documents to be submitted with the printed copy of the Online Application Form -
1. The University Copy of the Bank Challan of Fees Payment. (Original)
2. Self Attested Copy of the Registration Card.
3. Self Attested Copy of the Mark-sheet and Admit Card of the Final Year/Semester Examination.
4. Self Attested Copy of the Notification (in case of Ph.D. only).
5. Self Attested Copy of the Provisional Certificate (if received).
Last Date of submission of the Online-Application Form : 25.09.2015
Printed copy of the Application Form along with the relevant documents should reach the following address(s) on or before : 05.10.2015
